ABOUT US
Stony Point is a town 30 miles north of New York City that overlooks the Hudson River. During the Revolutionary War, Stony Point was the location of the Battle of Stony Point where Washington's men took the outpost in a nighttime attack, which was a pivotal victory for the Continental Army because it was the main route to New England. We see similarities to our investment style - well-executed, bold investments at key junctions drive long-term returns.

Prior to launching Stony Point Capital, Ricky was a Portfolio Manager at East Hall Capital. Previously he worked as a TMT Analyst at JAT Capital, a multi-billion dollar long-short hedge fund. He began his career as an Associate at Elevation Partners, a TMT private equity fund after a summer internship at Morgan Stanley in Investment Banking. Ricky graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's in Economics with Finance and Entrepreneurship concentration and a Minor in Mathematics.
Cameron WIlliams
DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH
Prior to joining Stony Point Capital, Cameron was a TMT Analyst at JAT Capital, a multi-billion dollar long-short hedge fund. Cameron was originally the Risk Management Analyst at JAT Capital where he was responsible for evaluating options, CDS, and hedging programs for the fund. Cameron graduated from New York University with a BS in Finance.
Sanjay Bhatt
RESEARCH PARTNER
Prior to joining Stony Point Capital, Sanjay was a Senior Analyst at Glenview Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar long-short hedge fund where he focused on investments in the Consumer and Internet sectors. Previously, he was an Associate at Providence Equity Partners, a TMT-focused private equity firm. Prior to that, he began his career at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division. Sanjay graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Cameron Silbert
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Prior to joining Stony Point Capital, Cameron was the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Strategos Capital Management, LLC, an investment manager specializing in structured credit and non-agency RMBS. Prior to that, Cameron worked as an Associate at JAT Capital, a multi-billion dollar long-short hedge fund. Cameron began his career at Kinetic Partners (now Duff & Phelps) providing regulatory and operational consulting to hedge fund and private equity fund clients. Cameron graduated from Lehigh University with a BS in Marketing.
Michael Bartlett
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Prior to joining Stony Point Capital, Michael was the Controller at Marble Ridge Capital, an investment manager specializing in event-and-process driven solutions. Prior to that, Michael worked as an Assistant Controller at Alden Global Capital, a multi-billion dollar distressed credit funds manager. Michael began his career at KPMG providing audit services to hedge funds and funds of funds. Michael graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a MS and BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
